Come join Madden as our newest Remote Paid Media Specialist!

We're a full-service marketing agency promoting exciting tourism destinations around the country. We are currently seeking someone who is a self-starter and data geek with one to two years of experience in deploying, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate, resourceful, and detail oriented - someone who thrives on process but can handle the independence of a remote position. If this sounds like you, apply today!

A Little More About Us

We're a full-service destination marketing agency where the norm is blending technology with creativity to match the right person to their next vacation or getaway destination - but perhaps more importantly - we are a fun group of people who love travel and understand how it can bring people together, teach us compassion, and expand our horizons.

Madden offers agency of record (AOR) services and omni-channel advertising solutions to destination marketing organizations. Our cross-functional teams use insights from research to craft strong storytelling themes and develop custom campaign architectures. We execute efficient media plans using the most strategic digital and traditional channels available to reach our partners' goals and deliver strong ROI.

A Little More About You

You're a digital marketer with a year or two of agency experience, familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms. You are self-motivated - ready to grow and learn new platforms, new optimization strategies, and new ways to report on campaign success, but you aren't afraid to ask for help whenever you need it. You have an interest in the way marketing works (or doesn't work) in our lives, and a desire to explore its nuances alongside a team perhaps as nerdy as you. From running complex ad campaigns across social and programmatic platforms, to analyzing audiences and engagement patterns, your sweet spot is being able to dive into the details and make sure we are bringing the best campaign performance and insights to our clients.

About the Job

A successful digital media campaign lives or dies on its ability to connect to the right person, at the right time, with the right message - and generate a high degree of engagement based on the campaign's objectives. Madden is looking to hire a thoughtful, friendly, innovative Media Specialist who will be responsible for executing on our mission to bring the best omni-channel campaigns to our clients around the country. You will collaborate with a remote team of tourism marketing pros, and be placed within one of our key teams in the agency - Team Sasquatch. We will hire someone who is as comfortable working independently as they are collaborating. Someone who communicates easily with team members, accepts feedback and critique as tools to improve, and most of all is eager to grow into a more experienced and well-rounded marketer. Your day to day role will include campaign deployments, optimizations, reporting, and providing key insights to other disciplines as well as clients.

We have no bias for degree or specific experience, and we absolutely respect and expect to hire someone with intelligence, self-awareness, motivation, and ambition. We evaluate your prior work and current interests to represent what you can do for us. Most of all, we hire people who prove themselves through their work, and who share our ambition to create the world's best destination marketing agency.
