What we're looking for

Someone who lives to scale digital advertising and DTC performance marking, and will live and breathe key analytics such as ROAs, CTR, CPC, CPA. The Media Planner will join the Performance Marketing Team to help execute, report and optimize our paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate understands how to drive customer acquisition on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. with a focus on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will own one or two specific paid media channels and execute campaigns, develop forecasts, and test for future implementation.

You'll be part of the growing performance marketing team, working closest with the Senior Marketing Specialist, as well as the data team to build campaigns, direct creative, landing pages and iterate on success.

How you'll make an impact

  • Run Campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign setup and management on paid social media platforms.
  • Report What Is And Isn't Working. Provide insight into targeting, creative or landing page tests that unlock performance.
  • Create Customer Journeys. Work cross functionally with the creative team to dream up new new ideas and landing pages that develop a personalized custom experience.
  • Predict The Future. Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales, spend and ROAS.
  • Be Accountable. Not only by executing the responsibilities above, but also by asking for help when you need it.

What you'll bring to the table

  • 2-3 years of experience in paid media with large budgets, and an emphasis on Google.
  • Strong understanding of UTMs, attribution, pixels and other tracking tools.
  • Experience leveraging Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics and social platforms to gather data.
  • Experience with ambiguous analytical situations, making and evaluating assumptions and presenting findings to others.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills along with an understanding of how to tell a story through data.
