- Work location: Looking for FTE with Hybrid work locations (remote/in-office). This can be a Remote-Only position, as long as candidate has experience effectively working remotely.
- If remote-only, Locations of residence:
- #1 Preference is candidates residing in the State of Florida (for ease of attendance at onsite team and client meetings). If outside Florida but open to relocation, can provide a relocation budget.
- Secondarily, open to candidates in the States of Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, South Carolina, Illinois, Louisiana, or Massachusetts.
- Will review Rockstar candidates anywhere in US open to travel for meetings.
- Compensation $100k - $125k + benefits
Job Details
Drive paid social strategy with thought leadership. Develop, execute, and manage paid social campaigns and tactics for all assigned clients.
Digital Marketing Agency experience or global brand experience is a plus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently provide thought leadership based on expertise and experience in Paid Social Space.
- Develop and manage paid social strategies and tactics for all assigned clients. Primarily within the Meta platform but also Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Execute social marketing tactics including Audience selection (with a focus on 1P segments), campaign objectives, optimization goals, creative/placement strategy, etc.
- Accurately manage campaign budgets to ensure effective use of funds.
- Create & review all performance reporting.
- Present performance reports to our clients via video conference.
- Effectively communicate strategies and performance trends in client communications
- Monitor and analyze performance trends and develop strategies based on the data.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on evaluations to improve the campaigns.
- Develop and implement best-in-class digital media techniques.
- Continually evaluate new opportunities for growth and expansion and develop POVs based on new findings.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends / constantly review the marketplace for new online opportunities.
- Contribute to senior management communications, concerning online marketing issues and initiatives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Track record of innovative thinking and providing thought leadership, transforming information and data into actionable new strategies.
- 2-3 years paid social experience directly managing annual budgets more than $250K
- Extensive experience with Meta Platform (Facebook and Instagram)
- Supplemented with experience with Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or other applicable disciplines
- Experience with client facing roles and comfortable presenting performance, learnings and optimizations to senior audience
- Self-managed and exceptionally detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
