Position Overview:
The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for managing search, paid social, display and related digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and awareness to Colibri Group properties. This position will help direct optimizations based upon transaction data, customer and prospect insights, and an understanding of each business unit’s objectives. The implementation will be handled by a paid media agency. This is a key role that reports to the Director of Paid Media and will be based in our St. Louis, MO office, or remote.
What You'll Do
- Manage paid search, social and display marketing campaigns including keyword and competitive research, benchmarking, ad copy development
- Test, develop and implement expanded audiences for display and social campaigns to continue to drive growth
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance and translate results into business recommendations. Attend weekly meetings reporting on business performance.
- Work closely with paid media agency to implement optimizations, tests and strategies to support business growth
- Manage monthly PPC budgets of 300K+
- Design and execute A/B testing programs to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and align campaigns with business objectives
- Assist with on-boarding of acquisitions and mergers, optimizing or creating new paid media campaigns as well as corresponding with new employees
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube preferred
- Experience with managing monthly budgets of 100K+
- Working knowledge of marketing KPIs, such as ROAS and ROI
- Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Strong proactive communication skills; demonstrable experience presenting recommendations to stakeholders
- Self-directed with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally; strong organizational and time-management skills a must
