Description Informatica is looking for a Remote Growth Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Media with demonstrated experience to build campaign and paid media activity to help increase demand. You will report to the Vice President, Growth Marketing

You are well versed in full-funnel campaign management and several online and offline tactics, understand the motivations of technical buyers, and have experience meeting MQL generation/conversion and pipeline goals and how to address the full lifecycle.

You are digital-native, with a well-versed understanding of vendor management and optimizing performance media with the full funnel impact and, together with the Campaign Strategist, will develop - implement and increase our paid media programs to increase reach to our targeted audiences and accounts, promote top of the funnel consideration and qualified leads with an integrated cross-channel approach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop campaign activity that aligns to Informatica's goals and aligns to the needs of the audience and overall plan.
  • Responsible for the development, launch, and management of targeted, multi-touch campaigns that create pipeline in a specific set of customers or prospects that address the customer lifecycle
  • Orchestrate the campaign across all areas of marketing to bring it to life in market including email, direct mail, paid media/digital and events
  • Responsible for digital media execution management and daily operational processes including campaign optimization, best practice sharing, A/B testing plan recommendations, set-up, and trafficking.
  • Lead integrated media planning, operations, and reconcile budgeting for paid programs.
  • Manage and traffic online advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign delivery from beginning to end, optimizing, using reporting tools/systems to pull and analyze performance data,
  • Understand campaign goals and important performance metrics, and use resources and analytical tools to exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
  • Increase and use established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), ad trafficking, campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary with pixels, creative assets, and campaign reporting
  • Provide creative specifications to the internal creative team and creative agency and work with them to deliver media assets
  • Responsible for project management of media deliverables: work with and manage external media agencies and vendor to traffic media assets and ad units by program and by channel.
  • A/B testing and analysis of campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Help update standardized reports, pulling together performance reports from media platforms and internal systems
  • Tune media mix to lead maximum reach / reach across all brand and performance channels, including, audio, display, social, programmatic, re-targeting, Connected TV.

Important Essentials

  • Experience at building campaigns with the ability to templatize pieces and processes to increase speed to market and scale.
  • Digital marketing expertise, with experience creating multichannel programs at scale.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices, and how to engage
  • prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey, from awareness to retention and referrals, with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Tactical success across all existing routes to market and a few new ones.
  • Willingness to grow net new logo and overall pipeline targets.
  • Talent for managing to multiple goals at once, including net new customer logo acquisition, overall marketing sourced pipeline, expansion into existing accounts and retention.
  • 3+ years equivalent experience.
  • Use your experience to interpret data and translate it into relevant changes.
  • Data-driven, with the experience working with creatives, product teams, sales and other marketing functions.
