The Stow Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Paid Search Specialist located in Holland, MI. We are the country's premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped to our clients from our world-class manufacturing facility in Holland, MI. Primary Purpose of Position: The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of acquisition marketing strategies with a strong background in paid search management and search engine optimization. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the digital marketing roadmap including keyword management, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Tactical Acquisition Execution - Manage day-to-day search engine marketing activities for all Stow Company brands across multiple search engines including Google and Bing. This includes campaign planning, implementation, budget management, and optimization. - Execute paid search A / B tests, analyze and interpret trends, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights based on available data. - Develop short and long-term campaign strategies and execute day-to-day tactics that improve lead quality and increase site traffic, conversions, revenue, and profits. - Manage and measure integrated digital marketing activities across search, display, mobile, and video. - Monitor and report on competitive digital landscape, identifying opportunities for new channels and strategies. - Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns. - Analyze and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights based on available data. Strategic Planning - Develop short and long-term campaign strategies that improve lead quality and increase site traffic, conversions, revenue, and profits. - Manage and measure integrated digital marketing activities across search, display, mobile, and video. - Monitor and report on the competitive digital landscape, identifying opportunities for new channels and strategies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: - 1+ Years of paid media or google ads experience - College level graduate with a degree in a related field - Hands-on proven experience with the following platforms is a plus: - Google and Bing Ads platform - Universal Google Analytics & Google Analytics 4 - Experience in CPA-focused PPC campaigns - Experience in building new accounts, optimizing toward conversion goals and running split tests Certifications / Licenses / Registrations that would be helpful: - Google Ads Certified - Google Analytics Certified Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: - High level of experience in measuring and analyzing digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display and social media. - Interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company - Must have excellent customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills. - Must have strong analytical skills. - Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment. - Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
