Position Overview

We are in search of an exceptional Social Ads Specialist to join our team on an exciting journey. Our services encompass a wide range of offerings, including Custom Website Development, Design, SEO, Mobile, and Content Marketing. We are on the lookout for a Social Ads Specialist who can collaborate with our Account Management and Strategist teams to design and manage engaging campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. By leveraging your expertise, you will enhance the online presence of businesses and effectively communicate their value.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate possesses a strong drive for revenue growth and boasts a successful track record of impressive ROI within Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms. As a Social Ads Specialist, you will be entrusted with implementing, optimizing, and evaluating digital marketing strategies for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Hold a Facebook Ads certification and exhibit expertise in Facebook Ads management.
• Display advanced proficiency in installing pixels, running pixel tests, optimizing websites for pixel firing, and tracking conversions.
• Contribute your creative writing and editing skills to craft compelling ad copy.
• Execute tests, analyze data, and glean insights to maximize ROI in social ad campaigns.
• Optimize ad copy and landing pages to drive improved campaign conversions.
• Showcase adeptness in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on marketing channel trends and emerging technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok in the near future).
• Communicate effectively, both internally and with clients, providing regular campaign updates and reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure campaign goals align with company objectives.
• Manage social ad budgets efficiently.
• Successfully complete all assigned boosted content tasks.
• Oversee the company's business manager and assist in onboarding clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Facebook Lead Ads and Conversion Ads (REQUIRED).
• Mastery Of The Facebook Pixel And Its Implementation (REQUIRED).
• Familiarity with Google AdWords (1 year preferred).
• Ability to create ad designs using tools like CANVA or ADOBE.
• Experience In SEM (1 Year Preferred).
• Experience in PPC (1 year preferred).
