This is a remote position.
Paradigm is hiring a Social Media Marketing Lead to support our client in San Diego, CA (fully remote). In this role, you will develop and implement paid social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.) Our ideal candidate will be up-to-date on social media marketing strategies and tools, and be able to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to drive engagement. Candidates experienced with paid social media advertising tools are preferred.

As a Social Media Marketing Lead you will:
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Conduct audience research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize targeting strategies
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid social media campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand identity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Monitor and report on industry and competitive trends to inform strategy and tactics
- Manage relationships with paid social media platforms, ad tech vendors, and other external partners as needed
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising
- Proven experience in developing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to optimize campaign performance
- Experience with paid social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bid management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about paid social media advertising and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
