We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist at our based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton!

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing Fox’s online presence, driving brand awareness, creating/fostering online engagement opportunities, and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist supports and executes creative digital marketing initiatives through multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, website marketing, video, paid media (internet radio, over-the-top ads, pay per click, retargeting, and display advertising), and online reputation management.

The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist role include but are not limited to:

  • In collaboration with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, help plan for and execute digital marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, coordinating with team members, managing department deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.) by curating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and implementing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize Kentico CMS to manage to update/build website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Performing writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, web content, email marketing, social media posts, blogs, and online advertising, with specific talents and attention to audience-based messaging and an understanding of internal and external brand integration. Be the lead for sharing the marketing team’s efforts internally by communicating regularly via the intranet.
  • Support all talent brand efforts with digital integration, including recruitment efforts on Indeed and Glassdoor, implementing talent brand into content and messaging across all platforms, and creating and sharing stories that help support our talent brand.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating compelling email content, segmenting the audience, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Carrying out online reputation management efforts – responding to reviews on various platforms, escalating when necessary, responding to questions/comments that come from social media, setting up email campaigns to membership with the goal of garnering more positive reviews on Google My Business, Facebook, etc.
  • Working with the compliance team to ensure the website and digital creative adheres to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate digital marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Candidates for the Digital Marketing Specialist position should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or Communication, or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
  • One to two years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or other related fields
  • Experience in the credit union or banking industry a plus
  • Familiarity with Kentico CMS
  • Proficiency in digital content writing, social media management, email marketing, and SEO techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to place ads on various social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a constant level of high quality
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with/for multiple team members and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude
