Due to continuing growth and development of Ecommerce across the Merlin’s Midway attractions and brands (including Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, LEGOLAND Discovery Centers and Peppa Pig World of Play), we are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our team, based in Orlando.
This is an exciting opportunity for junior ecommerce specialist, as we are in the process of growing our digital presence and paid media will be a key strategic channel to achieve our business goals.
About the Role
As the Paid Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating, optimizing and managing our paid media campaigns across Paid search, display, and social with support from our third-party agencies.
Compensation for this role starts at $45K / year, (rate is dependent upon skills and experience related to this opportunity).
Day to day management of Midway’s accounts includes :
- PPC accounts from assisting on set up, managing campaigns, tracking, KPI analysis to writing on-brand ad copy
- Paid Social campaigns, from assisting with campaign planning, creative brief, set up & activation, KPI analysis and campaign evaluation
- Organic search from ranking keywords, content creation, blogging, link building & tracking results.
- Manage and support delivery of campaigns across display networks and YouTube.
- Own and deliver the paid media briefing process connecting the internal and external stakeholders together ensuring both quantity and quality of campaigns are delivered.
- Deliver weekly reporting across our paid media channels, identifying KPIs, providing insights helping drive an optimum performance.
- Look for growth opportunities, through innovation and testing new approaches in the social and display space, helping to further push our brand presence
Working Relationships
- It’s essential this role acts as part of the regional trading team, they will work closely with both our Ecommerce and Marketing team to ensure appropriate planning / sharing of best practice / being on hand to answer any questions, where required.
- This role will also work closely with the affiliate executive, and the ecommerce optimization managers to ensure campaigns are coordinated and maximize performance impact
- Close working relationship with our agencies team to deliver consistent performance to both target and budget.
Reporting
- Weekly reporting will be required to continually track performance against target for all channels.
- They will partner with key attraction Stakeholders on a local basis specifically the local marketing teams to deliver a cohesive solution in line with requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube).
- Hands on experience of running paid media campaigns ideally via in house with minimal agency support.
- Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from.
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and hit the ground running within a hand on role.
