Our eCommerce client in the Health and Wellness industry is seeking a talented and experienced Paid Search Manager to join their team on a freelance basis. As a Paid Search Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Remote Hours: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to each client's business objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
- Google Ads Account Management: Set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads accounts for multiple clients, ensuring campaigns are aligned with industry best practices, relevant keywords, and compelling ad copy.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable search terms and create targeted ad groups that maximize ROI and ad relevance.
- Ad Copy Creation: Craft compelling ad copy that drives click-through rates (CTR) and increases conversions while maintaining consistency with the brand's voice and tone.
- A/B Testing: Implement and oversee A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and various campaign elements to continuously improve performance and achieve better results.
- Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids regularly to optimize campaign performance, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to clients, showcasing the effectiveness of paid search efforts and proposing recommendations for improvement.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns and assess the impact on client goals, such as lead generation, sales, and website engagement.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features in Google Ads to continuously refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for diverse clients, with a successful track record of achieving measurable results.
- In-Depth Google Ads Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- ROI-Driven: Demonstrated ability to prioritize ROI and demonstrate the value of paid search efforts to clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign settings and data analysis.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Google Ads Certification: Google Ads certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation: $60-$70/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
