(Remote/Work From Home Position) – Award-winning digital marketing agency has an immediate need for a SR. Paid Media Manager (Client Services). This role is responsible for developing and leading paid media strategies for B2B consulting clients that span multiple industries. This role routinely involves selection of media channels for budget allocation, and tactics targeting client objectives, utilizing the input and expertise of cross-functional teams across Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) amongst other paid media platforms.

As a part of the growing Paid Media Department, the ideal candidate will collaborate on best practices for campaign management across media platforms, analytics platforms and provided tools that will increase efficacy for the Ad Operations teams.

This role supports all aspects of paid campaign execution, from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis.

Developing and maintaining account forecasts, budget management and overseeing process workflow between the agency, client and vendors are also important components of this role.

Candidate should have 7+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce and/or B2B paid media campaigns and maintaining multi-million dollar client budgets in an agency setting or in-house.

Most importantly, we need a positive personality willing to contribute in a team setting and have the drive to learn and grow with the agency.

The Work:

  • One of two primary points of contact for the client's business lines (client will have an individual contact for each service group within this client's portfolio) , managing team deadline adherence and campaign management.
  • Host campaign kick-off calls, analyze media brief objectives, review campaign budget allocations, and deliver forecasts within a defined timeline (use PM tool to maintain personal and team deadlines).
  • Present performance results, insights, and recommendations for on-going campaigns and/or specific short term initiatives or campaigns.
  • Manage accounting workflows from PO creation to agency funding and vendor invoice fulfillment monthly.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations team to improve campaign performance, pacing, budget priorities, and reporting functions.
  • Effectively communicate with the Ad Ops team regarding client campaign goals, requirements, and timelines.

Here's What You Need: 7+ years of combined experience developing and executing paid media strategies for Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Programmatic campaigns with industry-leading vendors (i.e. Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Trade Desk, etc.).

Problem-solving and critical thinking; the ability to develop solutions, seek multiple alternatives, and present your recommendations.

Proficiency with scripts tied to B2C and B2B campaigns that will automate processes, track campaign performance and deliver on-demand reporting.

History effectively managing placements across multiple ad exchanges via DSP programmatic campaigns.

Experience managing 3rd party tools to support PPC, PSM, and DSP campaigns.

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Ability to communicate effectively with client managers and the Ad Ops team about technical requirements related to media campaigns.
