About The Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our paid media team. This role will assist with the optimization and management of our digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels to support our customer acquisition goals. As a part of a fun team that loves what they do, you will inspire customers to go on life-changing travel experiences across the globe
What you'll do:
You are both creative and data-driven. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you enjoy optimizing and measuring the performance of paid media campaigns. You consider yourself to be naturally curious and a problem solver. At the same time you have a strong eye for design and have a knack for writing compelling ad copy. Sound like you? - Execute day-to-day implementation, testing, and optimization of channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display Network, Criteo, and TikTok
- Support the Media team's strategic monthly/quarterly budgeting and goals, daily campaign monitoring, and optimizations
- Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and support Senior Manager with ad-hoc performance report creation
- Write compelling ad copy and refresh ads to drive continuous improvements in performance
- Analyze campaign, keyword, and ad performance. Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations
- Conduct Keyword research and identify new advertising opportunities for paid search campaigns
- Monitor search queries mapping to paid search campaigns and make recommendations for negatives
- Track paid search auction insights and impression share trends
- Execute promotional creative swaps across paid channels
- Evaluate new paid media opportunities and assist with the testing of new channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members in marketing and creative to align on key messaging and campaign objectives
- Work with analytics team to develop new reporting as needed
- Proactively learn about industry trends and best practices in paid media and share insights with larger team
Who you are:
- 2-3 years experience at a media agency or similar role.
- Must know the ins and outs of Google Ads and Bing Ads. Bonus points for experience with SA360
- Experience managing paid social campaigns on Facebook and TikTok
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, able to gather actionable insights from large data sets
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bonus points if you have: Experience with Tableau, Pinterest ads, or Native advertising
