MVP’s Senior Director of Demand and Digital Marketing is a key role within MVP’s Growth and Marketing leadership team, focused on driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital strategies. [ROLE] is accountable for building and managing the digital marketing team as well as leading cross company digital marketing initiatives including overall strategy, measurement, optimization, and ensuring all digital efforts are integrated as part of a broader multi-channel marketing plan. The Senior Director of Demand and Digital Marketing will own the manage and lead a group of digital marketers that works collaboratively across the marketing and communications, customer experience, and product teams to drive inbound marketing and optimize lead conversion across all MVP product lines. The [ROLE] will be responsible for setting the digital strategy, innovating, and continually testing different marketing activities to maximize lead generation, optimizing funnel progression, and driving ROI. They will also work closely with the marketing team on website and content strategy and will oversee Search Engine optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Paid Search and social strategies that drive digital adoption and engagement with our customers. Other areas of ownership include digital content strategy and execution, marketing automation strategy and execution, marketing operations platform strategy, digital analytics, paid and organic search strategy, social media strategy, and marketing attribution. This position will report to the VP of Marketing and Communications. The Impact You will Make. Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute an overall digital marketing strategy designed to build brand awareness, improve the customer experience, drive leads/sales and foster customer retention.
  • Own MVP’s digital marketing presence using a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, influencer's and events to drive new lead generation and further conversion.
  • Lead discussions related to marketing automation, integrated digital tools, conversion optimization, direct response performance, social media strategies, innovative digital testing, mobile attribution, affiliate programs, and CRM programs.
  • Partner with digital agencies, vendors, internal and external partners to deliver a coordinated digital strategy

Digital Market and Analytics

  • Develop and optimize weekly and quarterly analytics to monitor effectiveness of digital marketing tactics using metrics including bounce rate, CTR, CPL, and CPC tactics, ensuring a sense of urgency to quickly pivot when needs to drive incremental growth.

Customer and Member Marketing

  • Develop digital engagement and communication strategy across digital applications and web focusing on customer adoption and usage through owned, earned, and paid media

Budget Management

  • Manage spend and optimize outcomes across a multi-channel marketing plan.

Qualifications Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience

  • 10+ years marketing experience including direct management of digital marketing including paid (digital, display, PPC), owned (website and social media), and earned medica (content and influencer) digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing performance metrics through testing, experimentation, and rapid implementation.
  • Direct experience with CRM, Google Analytics and other emerging marketing technology platforms and vendors
  • Experience performing conversion rate optimization across digital assets
  • Healthcare/health insurance Marketing experience strongly desired.
  • Understanding of available and emerging marketing/digital technologies and methodologies and their application to health insurance.
  • Ability to drive projects to conclusion with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
