Description

As the retail media and on-platform search pace continue to expand at a rapid rate, a paid search manager will be responsible for the consultation of clients on paid search activity, development of campaign strategy, campaign implementation, as well as partnering with measurement to connect efforts to overall Mosaic work. Note, as this role is brand new a large upfront amount of work must be dedicated to creating mosaic POV's and processes for future client use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all facets of day-to-day management including keyword research/build-outs, ad copy writing, translations, testing, bid management, landing page selection/optimization
  • Manages the daily workflow of all client programs.
  • Reviews client deliverables for quality and ensures that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
  • Develops and modifies bidding strategies in search and effectively manages keyword strategies on paid search.
  • Provide monthly/weekly forecast for the paid search campaigns and monitor spend and lead pacing
  • Optimization and troubleshooting (out of stocks, etc.)
  • Reporting: Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns and push agency to optimize to improve key performance indicators on an ongoing basis
  • Complete internal Paid Search Audits per quarter for existing clients.
  • Coordinate with measurement to pipe in data and analyses cohesively with overall media efforts

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of work-related experience
  • 0-1 year of Supervisory/Management Experience
  • E-Commerce experience is an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research
  • Has knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and the key retail players (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target)
  • Not required but recommended to have worked in Pacvue, Skai and/or other search commerce tools
  • Work in a strategic capacity on with Strategy, Media, and Creative to develop pitch deck slides as well as present during new business opportunities
  • Has worked in a team capacity and is a collaborative contributor
