The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the unique goals and target audiences of each business.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad targeting to maximize reach and relevancy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and track performance to achieve goals.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and report on results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
