Job Summary

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the unique goals and target audiences of each business.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad targeting to maximize reach and relevancy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and track performance to achieve goals.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data and report on results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
