About the Role
We seek a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing professional to lead our paid channel strategy and execution for the mobility vertical. You will craft the global performance marketing strategy for mobility across our paid channels (SEM, Display, Social & Affiliate) and lead a team that implements that strategy. You will also work closely with regional leads to ensure the mobility strategy is adapted to local challenges and opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Build the paid channel strategy for our mobility business in collaboration with strategy & planning, operations, and finance teams.
- Lead the execution of the paid channels strategy for our mobility business.
- Provide insights into how paid channels can address local marketing challenges.
- Proactively monitor and report on campaign performance and insights.
- Ensure that paid campaigns deliver against growth targets.
- Work closely which channel excellence teams to turn initiatives launched by the mobility vertical into globally scaled solutions.
- Analyze consumer patterns such as app download trends, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize media investment efficiency and advise on strategy.
- Create roadmaps rooted in channel, measurement, and Ad Tech standard processes.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel strategies.
- 7+ years experience in leading in-house performance marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other business leaders with decision-making.
- High level of intuition for business with an analytical approach;
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong presenter with the ability to narrate strategic vision and performance of your projects clearly

- Experience working in ROAS performance marketing framework with familiarity with AdTech and measurement approaches.
- Experience owning large Performance Marketing budgets.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $198,000 per year - $220,500 per year.
