Position Overview: Swivel is a start-up founded in 2018 by Simcha Kackley. Swivel has <10 highly engaged clients in B2B who are 10-200M in annual revenue, and our team immerses as their “growth team.” We manage it all --- go to market strategy, buyer personas and journey mapping, demand gen and lead gen, and sales enablement. The goal is to help our clients drive predictable revenue via a more strategic long-term approach. Swivel is looking for a creative & talented Paid Media & Automation Director to join our dynamic, growing, start-up team. This role will play a significant part in expanding our content capabilities and will be responsible for developing comprehensive paid media and operations strategies for fully integrated campaigns and content experiences, and the corresponding deliverables that brings results. This role will work closely with the Founder, VP Ops, and entire team. This is an extremely high energy fast paced position that requires strong project management skills, the ability to keep multiple projects on track and on budget, sound decision making and has the ability to multitask. This person should feel very comfortable brainstorming and working in an environment that fosters independent thought and team collaboration. You must be passionate about what you do and the people you work with. Key Responsibilities include: Strategy • Vital member of the Swivel Team to develop marketing strategies and plans for clients. • Lead inbound marketing activities, collaborating closely with resources to execute a plan that will generate leads - coordinating across website, email, advertising, etc. • Define compelling outbound lead gen campaigns that break through the clutter with prospects • Evaluate results and adjust continually to increase impact and reduce costs; report key metrics regularly • Define testing strategy across Go to Market Paid Media • Define paid media strategy across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube advertising for each client • Define testing strategy for channels, creative, audiences, and messaging • Research and define audiences to test and maximize results • Oversee accurate execution of the campaigns • Oversee budget management • Improve tracking to understand quality of leads by campaign and content • Identify new channel or strategy opportunities based on new features and new ways to reach audiences • Analyze performance of channels, audiences, messages, and creative to derive insights and optimizations Web CRO • Define website CRO strategy for corp. site, as well as microsite/landing pages • Analyze hotjar to derive optimizations • Define testing strategy for web pages Email Marketing • Define and guide strategy for cold outreach and nurture marketing • Oversee accurate execution of emails and consistently reaching all prospects • Define testing strategy for emails • Analyze performance to derive insights and optimizations Reporting • Provide monthly reports on Marketing’s key performance indicators to clients that identify executive summary, optimizations, results, and upcoming plans • Owner of Google Analytics with report-outs and recommendations MarTech Strategy • Identify new strategies and opportunities for new technology as needed • Professional Development • Encouraged to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities in American Marketing Association and other associations/events.
