Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

  • Manage, create, and deploy PAID Social and Search Digital Ad Campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage data-driven campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including planning, campaign execution, and results monitoring.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments on behalf of partners where appropriate.
  • Work directly with University Partner stakeholders to implement conversion on university-owned pixels and successful placement of RFI form codes for all marketing web properties.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners directly on lander optimizations, RFI form fields, and any other paid media-related activities that require custom development.
  • Management of monthly invoices from partner advertising platforms (google, social channels, expense reporting in Concur platform, etc.)
  • Deploy test & learn initiatives to deliver integrated engagement strategies.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage multiple high-profile campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing activities by leveraging analytics.
  • Coordinate projects by collaborating with the marketing team and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer and program strategists to ensure paid digital campaigns has an optimal user experience.
  • Oversee media campaign performance by monitoring pacing, key KPIs, and implementing optimizations.
  • Design and maintain data visualization dashboards for partner campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs, trends, and future recommendations regularly

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable platform expertise with Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Comfortable with both autonomous and collaborative work
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, juggle multiple work streams, and deliver on timelines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of PAID Digital Marketing Experience
  • 3-5 years of PAID Facebook and Google ads experience
  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferred, but not required
  • Landing page design and coding experience preferred
