Lifetime Brands is searching for a Senior Digital Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the paid media efforts across Lifetime Brands' DTC divisions. The Digital Paid Media Manager will serve as the multi-channel paid media expert, interfacing with the divisions to develop and manage campaigns, optimize towards each division's core KPIs and provide clear and relevant performance reporting. You will work with a collaborative team to be an extension of the DTC brands, representing their business and consumers while partnering with the DTC team to develop strategic paid media initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for driving the paid media strategy, innovation and performance growth across multiple paid media channels.
- Independently implement and audit paid media campaigns strategies that align with division's KPIs and marketing goals.
- Lead the development of paid media channel strategy for divisions, aligned with organizational marketing goals and KPIs, including Search, Display, Social, and Video.
- Collaborate with division teams on ad creation and testing plans as well as the Digital Project Manager to develop calendars and deployment schedules.
- Actively monitoring, optimizing and communicating advertising budgets for each division.
- Leverage various tools to carry out analysis and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of paid media accounts.
- Develop full funnel paid media reports and effectively communicate results, key data points, opportunities and necessary optimizations to division digital teams.
- Learn and understand each division's industry, product categories and audiences.
What you'll need:
- Must have managed seven figure + budgets across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Deep tactical expertise in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta. Programmatic (Quantcast/Stack Adapt), Pinterest and others are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting strategies and segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaigns, interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and campaign tracking tools.
- Current understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Ability to quickly pivot between divisional needs while demonstrating an expert level attention to detail.
- Previous digital agency experience is a plus.
Education / Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent certifications(s).
- 5 + years of experience managing Paid Search, Display and/or Social Ad campaigns.
- Outstanding cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of e-commerce and online retail dynamics.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex data and insights effectively.
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
