We are currently looking for a Paid Media Strategist in the US to join a new team within the Marketing organization that is focused on lead generation. This role will currently reports into the Regional Director. You will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial start-up within a larger corporate structure where you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on our ambitious growth path.  

Tasks

  • Plan, create, implement and manage paid media campaigns to business objectives across multiple digital channels and platforms, including: Google, Bing, YouTube
  • Partner with creative team to develop creative needed for campaigns across all channels
  • Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs  
  • Maintain targets, projection models, and goals to accurately forecast and accomplish our objectives.
  • Partner with Data Analytics team to monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
  • Provide action insights and analysis on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics in bi-weekly reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide proactive recommendations for testing or expansion.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and audience research to stay relevant in customer searches.
  • Stay up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry research.
  • Manage your own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, and company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Work History Requirements: Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns  
  • Analytical and creative skills
  • Experience with the usage of Smartly.io, especially with creation of automated campaigns  
  • Team player, who is able to collaborate with various teams within the organization, from content/design, to data and analytics, to tech  
  • Excellent communication

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Independent work on a day-to-day basis, without supervision or direction
  • Management experience preferred
