About the role:

Join Takeda as a Paid Media Manager where you will execute strategic media plans across a variety of mediums with agencies of record, identify and recommend media outlets, provide expert knowledge and management on the media landscape, and share information and recommendations on multi-channel marketing programs. You will manage development, generation, distribution, and analysis of paid media tactics and approval reporting requirements and metrics. As part of the BioLife team based in our Bannockburn, IL office, you will report to the Paid Media Lead.

How you will contribute:

• Work with Paid Media Lead and cross-functional team to build marketing strategies and tactical plans, co-leading the management of paid media campaigns, track advertising performance and make recommendations of changes or new plans to achieve business growth in the most cost-effective fashion

• Implement quarterly plans and media strategies to support Transformational Projects, adjusting weekly as potential donor response varies across top and bottom funnel tactics, optimizing for desired results

• Co-manage daily agency partners and interface with account leadership to coordinate and communicate the impact of marketing activities

• Implement full funnel digital media plans for US BioLife Centers thereby generating new profiles that lead to new donors who impact business goals including cost per liter, Ig content, and volume collected

• Support in the management of paid media budgeting, and forecasting process, and quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, spend, Return on investment and other performance measurements

• Work with Field Marketing Reps, Brand, Corporate Communications, HR, Digital Experience Team, Promotions team and Agency partners to build digital media briefs, implement strategic campaign plans, and to provide new solutions in a collaborative fashion

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)

• 4-5 years work experience, with 3 years retail, pharmaceutical or consumer experience required, including Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a related commercial function

• Knowledge of digital marketing, channels and platforms Project management experience

• System management or implementation experience

• Intermedial excel skills used in reporting analytics and creating presentations

• Willingness to travel to various meetings/conferences and regional Center site visits
