What You’ll Do

  • Platform Execution
  • Support and lead day to day management of client paid media programs
  • Platform optimizations to help achieve client KPI’s
  • Strategy implementation within advertising platforms
  • Building & structuring paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Testing, ideation, and opportunity identification
  • Tracking & Managing Budgets / Spend
  • Task Management
  • Understand timelines for key deliverables and plan workflow accordingly
  • Manage deadlines for initiatives to ensure deadlines are met
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate insights from platform data to help build and refine effective strategies for our clients
  • Effectively build and update reports through Google Data Studio to communicate paid media performance
  • Challenge pre-existing strategies and pushing edge tactics
  • Client Communication
  • Demonstrate proficient client communication skills
  • Support or lead client communication to effectively support the relationship
  • Collaboration
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Understand and follow our Paid Media team processes
  • Work closely with colleagues and senior leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives for client accounts

About You

  • Experience working on paid media programs and activities across a wide variety of paid media platforms
  • Understanding of CPA, ROI and ROAS goals and how to manage to them
  • Experience with Google Analytics or another analytics platform
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets
  • Advanced critical thinking ability, and the drive to be a problem solver
  • Attention to detail, strong organization and self-starter mentality
  • Desire to learn and grow with a great team
  • Comfort in communicating complex information
