What does our Paid Media Specialist do?

This role will heavily contribute to the marketing strategy and execution for all digital performance marketing efforts, including paid search, local service ads, affiliate marketing, landing page optimization, and direct response efforts on major social media platforms, video- and programmatic media programs.

Through excellent communication & analytical skills,this role will help manage internal stakeholders, multiple agency contacts, and external strategic partners to aggressively optimize campaigns, balancing a steady lead flow across more than 300+ corporate branches, while achieving outstanding bottom line results. You will help develop and maintain monthly financial plans and lead forecasts, being accountable to deliver results on every working dollar. In all your efforts, you thrive to find ways to improve processes, test new user experiences, as well as to develop and implement a best-in-class audience strategy and ad formats.

Responsibilities and essential job functions of the Paid Media Specialist include but are not limited to the following:

Overall, the evaluation of a Paid Media Consultant would be based on their ability to deliver results and drive business growth through effective paid media campaigns.

  • Performance Metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversions, CPCs, Sales and Lead growth
  • Budget Stewardship: responsibly managing flighting to business goals and performance
  • Communication Skills: collaboration with teams and agencies, communicating with stakeholders effectively.

  • Contribute to driving the strategy and steady growth behind direct response efforts on across paid search, paid social, video- and programmatic media programs, as well as affiliate campaigns
  • Help build & execute a best-in-class web page optimization program, running multiple A/B or multi-variant tests across various traffic sources to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Help manage budgets that achieve aggressive leads and sales objectives across over 300 corporate branches, and refine plans regularly
  • Help to create and implement both a best-in-class audience and GEO-performance marketing strategy
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of digital marketing industry trends at all times and an eye towards the future
  • Work with call center and analytics teams to optimize all campaigns to the best conversation path (lead gen vs. ecom) and maximize ROI on a geographic level
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to run integrated campaigns, including other paid acquisition channels, CRM, and analytics

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of paid media principles, methods, and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ad management platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
