Position Description
We are hiring a Paid Media Manager who will report to the Head of Growth and assist with the day-to-day optimization of marketing channels, including Adwords, Facebook / Instagram, and other paid channels. You will be responsible for taking key strategic decisions in a variety of digital marketing channels and planning for future expansions.
What You'll Do
• Own, develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to reduce acquisition costs and drive revenue.
• You will drive improvement across all paid media channels that are currently running and you will quickly begin to make key optimizations and scale to those campaigns based on your experience and best practices.
• You will be responsible for channel-specific KPIs and proactive, recurring updates within the team and organization.
• Ruthlessly prioritize for maximum efficacy. Sometimes you won’t be able to reach statistical significance in testing and will need to use other information to support your recommendation for the next steps.
• You will optimise campaigns across paid media with a deep understanding of smart bidding algorithm across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Quora and more.
• You will not only “do” but also knowledge share to develop holistic paid media strategies and best practices.
• Use Google Analytics (GA4) to track customer journeys across the site and strategically identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of experience with digital marketing with a heavy focus on Google Ads.
• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), with the ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and segments.
• Experience with landing page optimisations, AB testing and personalization.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data into tangible action steps.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets and achieve unlocks that propel goals forward.
• Familiarity with experimentation best practices including performing statistical analysis.
Location and Time Commitment
We are fully remote - you can work wherever you’re most productive. This role is full-time and will need to overlap with US EST for the majority of the workday. There will likely be occasional travel for in-person strategy sessions with the leadership team and other key stakeholders.
