Lash OpCo, LLC DBA Performance Beauty Group (PBG), is a Private Equity owned holding company that invest in cosmetic brands with a focus on eye and colour cosmetics. PBG invests in these brands to facilitate their growth in the Direct to Consumer (DTC), Retail and Distributor channels both in the domestic and international markets. As part of that strategy PBG is building out the marketing, operational and supply chain functions of the organization to facilitate fast growth and operational excellence.
Position Summary:
We are in search of a Paid Media Buyer with a proven track record of ad campaign success to join our Marketing team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for developing and executing paid digital ads on social advertising platforms, with emphasis on Meta and Google. They will work directly with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing departments for multiple brands to help in achieve DTC revenue growth targets and brand visibility. This person is a team player, has agency experience and is passionate about digital marketing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Buyer to execute daily, hands-on implementation of digital campaigns for multiple brand accounts.
- Responsible for campaign strategy, ad set-up and execution, performance optimization and media reporting.
- Ability to manage, plan and optimize multiple account budgets each month.
- Ensure campaigns are planned and executed holistically to align strategy, taking into account coordination with other campaign tactics, measurement, tagging, reporting, analytics, and backend technical and database considerations.
- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in digital media (including beta programs, advertising networks and innovation opportunities).
- Manage all aspects of media campaigns, including testing and optimizations, analytics, budget optimization, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign media performance and make recommendations for innovative strategies to expand accounts.
- Work directly with channel representatives on news, product releases and beta programs
- Knowledge of setting up Attribution Models
- Ability to execute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc style reporting on the fly
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent business experience required.
- 3+ Years of experience with paid media managing ad campaigns within Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and other digital platforms.
- Ability to develop and manage multiple media campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Self-starter demonstrating proactivity, grittiness, and ability to take ownership
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate with the team keeping everyone accountable to project deadlines
- A strong understanding of emerging digital techniques and trends within the media landscape and in the greater digital ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills
- Understands paid media attribution and how an elaborate infrastructure operates
- Natural problem solver and embraces an experimental mindset
