theprintspace is a successful and rapidly growing art print drop-shipping company. We have production and fulfillment centers in the UK, Germany and soon-to-launch in the United States. We also have a subsidiary with 26 staff in India where a number of marketing, tech and customer service staff are based.

We have recently decided to launch a new division within the company to provide social media marketing services to selected high-selling artists who use our drop shipping service (in total 20k+ artists use our service). We are now beginning to build a team of paid social media marketing experts - preferably within India, although we are open to the right candidates from other locations.

THE ROLE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The candidate/s we are looking for will have significant experience in paid social media campaign management and execution (especially on Instagram / Meta). Candidates will have an excellent grasp of both advanced social media ad platform functionality and campaign optimisation as well as the data analysis and analytics tech stack required to measure, report upon and improve ROI.

TERMS

We are open to both contractors and full time applicants, with an initial trial contract period preceding a full time employment offer being made. We offer our full time Indian staff a respectful working environment with employment contracts via our recently established Indian subsidiary with good hours, paid leave, very attractive pay and health insurance and excellent career progression opportunities.

The initial contract trial will involve working on a specific social media campaign for the launch of a new series of artworks on behalf of an individual artist, reporting directly to the commercial director who will be overseeing the growth of the new paid social media team within theprintspace. First hires who perform well will be first in line for new management roles as they open up within the new agency.
