In Short:
We're looking for a skilled social media manager who lives and breathes social media.

Creative abilities are a must Context:
You will be a member of a larger marketing team within a Brooklyn-based company.

The other members of the marketing team include a project manager, email marketer, graphic designer, videographer/photographer, influencer manager, and paid media manager.
This team works together to create a 360-degree marketing approach for the company

Qualifications:
Proficient in all social platforms (Primary: IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest // Secondary: Reddit, Tumblr)

Skilled conversational copywriter (captions, answering DMs)
Design capabilities for Story and Reel creation (via Canva)
Data analysis (reporting + growth)

Workplace:
Hybrid model with 3 days/week in person in the Brooklyn office (located in South Slope)

Responsibilities:
- Plan social media content calendar in advance
- Implement day-of content changes in line with social trends, opportunities, and topical sales
- Schedule content to go live daily using the Later app
- Design and copy-write social posts
- Utilize for progress tracking
- Work with the larger marketing team to promote influencer content, assist with paid ads for social, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of language across various media outlets
- Maintain awareness of current industry/technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Rate Range:
$25-$32/hr depending on experience
