About the Role:
As the Manager, Paid Media, you will be a key member of the Evergreen team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and messaging
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaigns and drive maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain budgets for all paid media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new advertising technologies
To be successful in this role, it would help if you have the following:
- 4+ years experience with paid media management, preferably in an agency or startup environment
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team, with the ability to project manage multiple cross-functional projects
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Exceptional team player - the role requires cooperation with your team members and other departments and roles at Evergreen
- Strong communication skills - highly proficient in spoken and written English
