My growth marketing client in Austin has a need for a Sr. Paid Social Manager.
This is a remote (Central Time) contract for a 3 month (should be on-going) opportunity.
This Sr. Paid Social Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, optimizing and reporting of Paid Social campaigns.
The ideal candidate works to understand client and user needs and translate them into appropriate environments and opportunities.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective social tactics, trends, technologies and best practices as well as educating internal teams and clients on campaign and project implementation.
We’ll trust you to :
- Define paid social programs for clients
- Build campaigns across social platforms
- Develop experiments to test across targeting tactics, ad creative and formats
- Drives qualified visitors to client sites through paid social
- Track performance of campaigns, budgets, timelines and status reports
- Monitor social media channels, social listening tools, and more to map user journeys and interactions
You'll need to have :
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in an agency / creative company, managing multiple clients, or equivalent client-side marketing experience (multiple campaign management)
- High level of Microsoft Excel experience
- B2B experience preferred
- Managing large-scale paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube ads a must; Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads preferred
- Ability to analyze data to understand budgeting, audience planning, segmentation, and behaviors
- Understanding of the paid media, branded content, and audience acquisition landscape
