As we near the launch and roll-out of our 5G network, and continue to navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our digital consumer direct/omnichannel growth. This leader will spearhead the growth and coordination of our digital channels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to VP, Digital Marketing, you will be a key leader in the growing Digital Marketing Center of Excellence organization to lead strategic planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across LOBs and various digital channels to maximize brand awareness, activation, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in digital marketing innovation by effectively leveraging and driving the marketing capabilities (People, Process, Technology) across all businesses at DISH.

Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with business goals and target audience

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital channels such as search, display, social media, video, Affiliates, and programmatic advertising

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time

Develop testing plans to continuously improve campaign performance, including audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing pages, and bid strategies

Work with creative team to develop high-quality ad copy and creative that resonates with target audience and drives conversions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies

Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate rates and placements to maximize ROI

Manage budget allocation across different channels and campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI

Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights to key stakeholders

Establish and grow relationships with various partners, executives, stakeholders and internal teams to maintain alignment and support for related brand initiatives, objectives and priorities; thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask, support and prioritize for teams, communicate effectively and handle tight deadlines daily

Leverage segmentation and analytics to provide recommendation and deliver opportunities to grow and scale within paid media channels

Communicates complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, across audiences with varying levels of expertise and be the thought leader on digital marketing, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes

Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data and performance and your guide

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

8+ years of progressive experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing execution and leadership roles with excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills

Proven experience in digital advertising and paid media, with a track record of success in developing and executing successful campaigns

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Commission Junction/Impact Radius, and Programmatic Advertising

A strategic mindset, and passion for innovation, agile responsiveness, conversion rate optimization, and driving results

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency. Ability to think creatively with a willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves'

Strong interpersonal and team-building skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking; experience influencing executive stakeholders

Proven experience working directly with senior leadership teams, including cross-functional leaders, presenting and communicating recommendations and results

Detail-oriented self-starter with high level of urgency and ownership in delivering proven results and KPIs; Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and in-depth experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and media advertising platforms

Position is required to be onsite in the Denver metro area.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the roles location and is subject to change based on work location.
