Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Paid Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in driving our clients digital advertising efforts across various platforms. Your expertise in analyzing data, executing strategic campaigns, and optimizing performance will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective paid media strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify target audiences, keywords, and market trends to inform campaign planning and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as marketing managers and creative teams, to align media buying strategies with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA), using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting parameters, ad placements, bidding strategies, and creative elements based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement in campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis to team members and clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer or similar role, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display networks.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and advertising dashboards, to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving successful paid media campaigns and achieving performance targets.
