Manager/Sr. Manager – Paid Search Strategy
You will be responsible for:
- Lead SEM strategy for primarily for a multi-brand portfolio in addition to other therapeutic areas.
- Provide strategy and manage campaigns for paid search Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other ad platforms against established media plans and aid in developing a media plan (activities supported by the media agency partner)
- Help brands understand SEM key word strategy and landscape; provide lunch and learns and training.
- Work with teams to improve KPIs through data insights and reporting that needs to be presented for stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, including but not limited to creative and on-page testing, bid adjusts, budget allocation, and margin management.
- Ensure media partner tracks ROI & profitability of marketing campaigns using performance metrics and make strategic decisions as needed.
- Leverage statistical & predictive analysis and let data guide campaign decisions.
- Recommend iterative testing for constant growth, including but not limited to geo-testing.
- Work to foster relationships and communicate effectively with brand team members .
- Manage communication around strategy, plan and budgets.
- Provide budget recommendations during annual planning and incremental .
- Works with search engine reps to be at the forefront of all betas; attend search engine webinars and virtual events.
- Evangelize search discipline to other franchises and Bus.
