  • Leads strategy, planning and buying across paid media channels
  • Includes Paid Media (Search, Display, OTT), Programmatic, and Traditional Media (TV, Radio, Print and OOH) and other platforms
  • Conducts research to identify target audiences and determine the best platforms for reaching them.
  • Analyzes and interprets data to optimize campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements; reports out on metrics on a bi-weekly and ad-hoc basis.
  • Develops, monitors and manages campaign budgets to ensure they are being used effectively.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including creative, research and third-party vendors to ensure campaign success.
  • Scopes new opportunities, leads initial discovery and delivers point of views on potential new vendors to expand our paid media scope and/or better connect with key audiences.
  • Leads the relationship with recruitment-specific platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake, etc.
  • Executes strategies recommended by our ad fraud security partner to detect and prevent wasted ad spend.
  • Stays up to date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a media planner/buyer, with a focus on performance-based campaigns and/or SEM.
  • Experience in executing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn and programmatic buying platforms.
  • Creative knack for constructing effective ad copy.
  • Experience analyzing conversion rates, click-through rates, retention rates, lifetime value (LTV) and other common KPI's and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly accurate and accountable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
