As our On-Call Digital Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing digital media campaigns. You will be on the front line, directly managing campaigns across various online marketing channels. What you will be doing:
• Managing the day-to-day operational processes of campaigns including set-up, receipt/development of creative or tags, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA, reporting and campaign optimization
• Trafficking campaigns through digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yahoo DSP, programmatic DSPs, and paid social platforms
• Continually optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs and improve performance, ensuring accounts pace according to budgets
• Managing URL tagging and appropriate tracking within the ad serving system
• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance with respect to pacing, audience engagement, landing page and creative testing, placement performance, and more
• Providing comprehensive monthly paid media reports and insights, providing strategic recommendations for continual improvement
• Collaborating with planning teams to develop strategies aligning with campaign goals, delivery, and performance

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field and 2+ years of experience in campaign buying across online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, video advertising or others on digital advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Programmatic DSP, etc.

OR

• High school diploma and 6+ years of experience in campaign buying across online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, video advertising or others on digital advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Programmatic DSP, etc.
• Google Ads Certified and Google Analytics certified

What we would like you to have:
• In-depth knowledge of media vendors, platforms, verification partners, and DSPs such as Display and Video 360, the Trade Desk, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Google Analytics certified
• Experience implementing pixels for data collection and conversion tracking on websites
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple programmatic tactics including prospecting, retargeting, video, etc.
• Active interest in keeping up with the paid media industry and latest trends
• Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yahoo DSP, and paid social platforms
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Proficiency in Ad Serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :

$56,467.00 - $95,993.00
