Robert Half is partnering with a leading company in Louisville, Colorado to find a highly qualified candidate for the position of Director of Paid Media Marketing. This role requires a visionary leader with a track record of conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market strategies, coupled with a strong focus on ROI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading paid media teams, particularly within the streaming-video-on-demand ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
This position is 5x/week on-site in Louisville, CO.
The pay band is between $130k - $165k / year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise go-to-market (GTM) assets, including webpages and other digital touchpoints, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Drive audience growth, acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and affinity through social and digital marketing across various platforms, such as Paid Social, SEM, and SEO.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring effective execution of performance marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Marketing to forecast and plan budgets for paid digital channels and paid social campaigns.
- Oversee paid social and digital marketing efforts, encompassing offline/online channels, paid social, SEM, programmatic, video/content, and emerging platforms, to create a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Establish and manage test-and-learn plans to continuously optimize media investments and maximize ROI.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including production, product, publishing, merchandising, business analytics, creative, and CRM, to develop campaign strategies, gain insights, and analyze performance for driving engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Identify and capitalize on SEO opportunities, including keyword research and analysis, technical and on-page SEO optimization, and collaboration with SEO contractors and content management teams.
- Work with other marketing managers to ideate, architect, launch, and analyze lifecycle email and in-app marketing campaigns to increase engagement and retention, focusing on personalization and effective audience segmentation.
- Leverage market intelligence and research findings to make strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to identify information needs, design research methodologies, and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, aiming to recruit new affiliate partners and drive increased acquisitions.
Requirements
- Minimum ten years of experience leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, including paid social, paid media, web/app push, with a strong emphasis on Paid Social, SEM, and SEO.
- Proven ability to conceive enterprise-level creative vision and develop consumer journey roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Expertise in advertising, marketing automation, and campaign optimization, with experience managing performance budgets exceeding $1 million per month.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including Word Press, Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, various demand-side platforms (DSPs), email service providers (ESPs), and data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute SEO strategies, analyze SEO marketing initiatives, and assess ROI.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to envision short-, medium-, and long-term marketing goals and consumer segments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others.
