As a Junior Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, modifying and tracking paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other advertising platforms to maximize our client’s results and effectiveness. Responsibilities:
- Build, monitor and optimize campaign performance and strategize paid media campaign optimizations in Google Ads, Programmatic and Facebook Ads Manager
- Collaborate with paid media team members to ensure best practices are being implemented throughout all campaigns to drive results
- Write compelling ad copy that drives outstanding CTR and conversion rates that can be proven in A/B tests
- Discover campaign opportunities by analyzing tools such as Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and more
- Optimize client campaign metrics through A/B testing, data analysis and customer feedback
- Eliminate any wasted spend by finding low quality and underperforming aspects of campaigns
- Determine optimal bid strategies that produce the maximum ROI profitability
- Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments
- Analyze performance data to find trends and opportunities for improvement
- Generate consistent, high-quality digital advertising results based on client goals
- Monitor pay-per-click metrics consistently, setup the proper alerts and trigger proper departments in case of discrepancies
- Work with other internal teams, including SEO, content, creative, and web development to create holistic digital ad campaigns
- Present strategy and media recommendations and communicate campaign results to Account Managers to achieve client goals
- Communicate with Google and Facebook representatives on platform results and strategies
- Stay up to date on digital media trends
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years working with SEM and Social Media advertising platforms
- Knowledge of pay-per-click platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ad, and Programmatic Ads to constantly test new ads, monitor results and adjust campaigns to increase performance
- Skilled with Excel, Excel PivotTables and data mining is a plus
- Data driven
- Detail oriented
- Previous agency experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and organize projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open-minded and quickly adapts to new situations
- Must be good with numbers
