The Role

In this role as a Paid Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and managing campaigns across search, display, social media, retargeting networks. You will also analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and identify trends in user behavior that can inform marketing strategies. You will communicate with our clients, build strategies, provide reporting an hold meetings with our clients (remotely).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via various paid search engine and social marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Proactively monitor, analyze, grow, optimize customer keyword portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, and other appropriate methods
  • Extract data from platforms and tools to provide analysis on various channels, measuring key metrics for trend analysis
  • Staying informed with paid search and social industry best practices, new trends and technologies and platform updates
  • Ensure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment and optimized
  • Conversion rate analysis and recommendations
  • Report results and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain communication with clients in conjunction with other team members

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in PPC/SEM (eCommerce and/ agency experience is a plus)
  • Must be comfortable and confident in front of clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning is a must
  • Experienced in using tools/platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce Google Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manage, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMRush, SpyFu
  • Google Ads Certification and Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus
  • Data oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of best practices for landing pages and A/B testing
  • Experienced in lead generation and performance marketing
  • A great attitude and a lack of ego. LuccaAM works hard to keep a prima-donna free work zone

Salary range of $40,000-$60,000

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
