Hi there,

We're a performance marketing agency made of creators, innovators, designers, and data nerds -- and we're looking to add someone to our roster as a Paid Media Specialist or Account Manager (depending on your experience).

We're looking for someone who has a track record of success running paid media campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.

The person who best fits this role is someone who is organized, a self-starter who is good at auditing accounts across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and most importantly Linkedin Ads.

You understand the difference between Demand Generation and Lead Generation. You are focused on down-funnel quality and not just capturing the cheapest CPL because you understand CRM's and the relationship between sales and marketing

You look at the full funnel of a campaign. Going beyond ad creative performance but looking into the landing page, sales process and email automation sequence that accompanies campaigns.

You'll join the team as a Paid Media Specialist, reporting to the Account Manager and Senior Account Strategist.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management and optimizations of campaigns (Google/Facebook/Linkedin)
  • Reporting within Google Sheets using our systems and processes.
  • New campaign ideation and creation (strategic-focused person with interesting and new ideas)
  • Audience research and development
  • Budget management and budget pacing
  • New creative development working with our designers (copy + use of imagery)
  • Weekly analysis and reporting (narrative breakdown and completing reports in Google Sheet)
  • A/B testing monthly and logging results
  • Client communications within Slack and Email on a weekly basis
  • STRONG and frequent communications in Slack and e-mail as needed. Communication is crucial and you should be able to fit into our systems and follow our protocols.

  • Ability to report on analytics and data.
  • Knowledge of image and copywriting to be able to assess an ad's efficacy.
