Job Title: Paid Social Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at an ecommerce brand. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and maximize sales. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, ad creative development, and ongoing monitoring and optimization.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and use data-driven insights to continually optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of paid social advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement innovative testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about changes and updates in paid social media platforms, ad policies, and algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments to the paid social media strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Social Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an ecommerce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their advertising capabilities, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing paid social media campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
