Our client – a rapidly growing, e-commerce men's apparel brand – is looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to join their growing team.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement paid media strategy across all channels to support customer acquisition and retention
- Manage a six-figure annual advertising budget
- Meet KPIs utilizing data-driven decisions
- Daily monitoring of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, and other channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective creative for ads and landing pages
- Analyze and report performance with recommendations
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and potential customer segments
Who You Are:
- Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Eager to learn and break into the e-commerce/startup/fashion space
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-4+years of relevant DTC E-commerce paid media management
- Digital advertising experience managing a minimum six-figure budget (Facebook, Google, Display)
- Reporting experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Third Party Tools)
- BA/BS and/or MS in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
