We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid search strategy across Google, YouTube, Bing, Podcast and TV platforms. You will also play a crucial role in being at the forefront of AI advancements within Search strategies.

As such, this specific position is best suited on the East coast given the timezone benefits of optimizing ads early in the day. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy on Google, YouTube, Bing, Podcast and TV platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of ad accounts to identify opportunities for performance improvement across key strategies, including, branded search, non-branded search, PMAX, display, and Youtube.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on a daily basis to meet daily revenue and EBITDA targets
  • Oversee catalog and feed management across channels, ensuring proper implementation and mapping
  • Stay informed about SEO and Language Learning Model Optimization (LLMO) shifts and identify opportunities to leverage AI for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and personalized messaging.
  • Work closely with the Director of analytics and VP of Growth to analyze data, incrementality and media mix modeling to continuously improve campaign performance and drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and engineering, to ensure all campaigns align with company goals
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of campaigns
  • Monitor and report on advertising spend and performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage team of Growth Assistants to execute on tactical needs of business, such as budget changes and creative uploading

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of media buying experience and campaign execution within paid search campaigns across Google, YouTube, Bing, Podcast and TV, demonstrating strong knowledge of platforms, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative best practices and campaign management tools
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive insights to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in analyzing creative trends and developing effective advertising creative for platforms
  • Ability to manage global advertising efforts and work with teams across different time zones
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and search engine optimization (SEO) and LLMO best practices
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying at the forefront of AI-driven marketing advancements within Search
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field

Compensation Range: $100,000-$140,000

The above compensation range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the ideal candidate.
