Responsibilities

  • You make the complicated seem simple, and turn complex topics into clear action steps
  • The Strategist leads client engagements to successful outcomes, resulting in long-term client retention and scope expansion, as well as referrals to new business
  • Account Strategy (60%)
    • Platform and channel selection
    • Lead regular communications (email, video)
    • Delegate and give feedback to rising Analysts
    • Contribute to team playbook improvements
    • Audit other client accounts, prospect accounts
    • Participate with Manager on growth plan and coaching
    • Commands attention and can manage group process during the presentation
    • “Reads the room” when something isn’t working and changes tactics
    • Emphasizes understanding and meeting expectations/requirements of clients
    • Acts with client in mind

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience handling $80,000+ monthly media spend across multiple platforms & clients
  • Prior experience with Lead Generation and E-Commerce businesses
  • Marketing: 3 years (Required)
