Position Overview

Workshop Digital is growing our Small Business Solutions team.

We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated self-starters with direct experience managing accounts and leading client communications, comfortable operating in an evolving environment, and excited to help build our Small Business Solutions division.

Our Senior Paid Media Analysts are responsible for developing and executing handcrafted strategies for a portfolio of clients, and their customers. While much of your work will be independent, there are also opportunities to collaborate with fellow analysts across other teams. We need someone who sees an ever-changing industry with challenges, obstacles, and puzzles to solve and says, "Bring it on!"

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies for clients
  • Manage paid media accounts from onboarding to ongoing campaign management
  • Strategically build, manage, and optimize paid media accounts across Google Search & Google Display Network with support
  • Cultivate positive, collaborative working relationships with your clients and cross-functional peers
  • Train and support peers in strategy creation and execution as needed
  • Support development of new Small Business Solutions services and improve existing services
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development team and interface with prospective clients as needed
  • Facilitate existing account growth, working inter-team and through cross-functional support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve challenges, inter-team and cross-team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads
  • 1+ years of experience working with the Google Display Network
  • Demonstrated ability with managing a full client workload with respect to:
    • Building strong relationships
    • Prioritizing workload with minimal support
    • Creating insightful, actionable, and accurate insights for client strategies and reports with minimal support
    • Presenting data and insights in a way that is logical, clear, and actionable with minimal support
    • Creating effective meeting agendas and leading client meetings with minimal support
    • Meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate and courteous written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Intermediate analytical capabilities; occasionally needs support for advanced analysis and insights
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Lifelong learner – someone who is driven to continuously learn new things about the paid media landscape

Salary

  • Expected hiring range is $55,000 - $62,000 annually, based on experience
  • This position may be filled as a Paid Media Analyst ($45,000 - $52,000 annually) based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as the need of the department at the time of hire.
