Our client is looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative SEM / Paid Media Manager to manage multiple brands and projects under the guidance of the Director of Digital Marketing. The SEM / Paid Media Manager will develop digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and lead volume in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop paid media strategies for a set of brands under your management, with the goal of generating awareness, continuous lead flow and M/M, Y/Y growth.
- Plan and pace monthly budgets for book of business. Meet spend and lead volume targets; identify opportunities and risks, recommend actions, and collaborate with agencies on optimizations.
- Manage agency projects and relationships, establish priorities and lead day to day communications, weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls.
- Ensure knowledge transfer between internal teams and with vendors; establish smooth workflows as you work towards shared goals.
- Execute best practices across paid media campaigns and projects. Analyze performance across various channels and tactics, recommend optimizations/changes and support agencies with execution to improve performance.
- Conduct competitive research to assess the digital landscape. Continuously look for opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with teams across different departments to develop solutions and overcome challenges.
- Lead various marketing projects and support the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with Paid Media is strongly preferred: Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Video
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, extremely organized, analytical, and intellectually curious
