Bottom Line Marketing is looking for a Paid Social Media Strategist to join our growing Social Media Team! As a Paid Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising formats, targeting options, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns for multiple clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs for each client
  • Review budgets, pacing and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
  • Conduct extensive audience, placement, and platform research to help inform Paid Social strategies for clients.
  • Create and present monthly and/or quarterly reports with analysis of campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Collaborate with organic social and digital media departments to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
  • Assist in new business efforts/proposals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on paid social
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, ad formats, and targeting capabilities
  • Experience with Meta Events Manager and conversion tracking
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Meta Blueprint certified a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising
