Ways You’ll Make an Impact
- Launch and manage Paid Social Media campaigns across several agency client accounts
- Perform campaign analysis and optimization to meet and exceed client KPI goals
- Work with Client Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and develop media strategy
- Think critically about clients’ business goals and recommend Paid Social initiatives to help achieve them
- Provide input and guidance around campaign planning, including requirements for success and optimal use of Paid Social for each client
- Participate in weekly calls with clients to share insights and campaign performance updates
- Assist with content creation for client proposals and other sales materials
- Attend meetings with media partners, represent Direct Agents at industry conferences, and look for new client growth opportunities
- Social networks include, but not limited to, Facebook & Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn
- Opportunity to cross-train and manage Programmatic and/or Paid Search campaigns
What You’re Bringing
- 2+ years of experience working with biddable paid media campaigns, preferably at an agency
- Advanced understanding of at least one biddable channel (social, search, programmatic or Amazon), as well as genuine interest in understanding other marketing channels
- Comfortable handling raw data and identifying trends
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and proven track record for taking initiative
- A "big picture" perspective, but immediately willing to 'roll up your sleeves,’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, detail oriented, and organizational skills
- Expert understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing is a plus!
- BA / BS degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields

Special Notes
- This role will be located in our NYC office and our office is now open for hybrid work on a 3-2 schedule. You must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office for this role.
