As part of the Media and Performance team, they service clients by creating strong online presence and market share. They provide effective and efficient solutions to optimize ongoing operations, streamline processes, and deliver improved target audience experiences in support of the overarching business strategy and integrated execution plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop paid social media and search recommendations to meet clients objectives and campaign performance goals
- Collaborate with the Director on the social media mix and paid search strategies
- Lead flawless paid social media channel execution against all strategic digital marketing plans
- Execute all paid search campaigns for the agency, the clients and the brands
- Support Creative, Account, Technology and other internal teams in social media content planning, execution, and optimization
- Report on social and search optimization opportunities and/or risks to flag then develop mitigation eorts to ensure the smooth management of marketing and brand campaigns
- Identify KPIs and develop data requirements to deliver metrics of performance
- Understand and utilize social media and search performance metrics to create solutions and recommend optimizations: improved engagement/ conversions/lead generation/etc.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in paid social media (FB, LI, YouTube, IG, TW, TikTok, etc.) and search (Google, Bing, etc.) including strategy planning, execution and client management
- 3-5 years of experience in social media planning, buying, executing, measuring, optimizing, retargeting and reporting
- Hands-on knowledge of social, search, mobile and digital media technology solutions
- Experience in programmatic digital and/or organic social
- Fluency in current digital media integration, tools, budgets, trends and analytics
