SUMMARY:
Galvanize is looking to hire an experienced digital paid media manager. The key objective of this role is to increase lead generation through paid ads, optimize the lead conversion rate, and maintain an overall positive ROI. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior search engine marketing experience, be analytical and data-driven and have proven success managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You will create new campaigns, manage bids and optimizations, develop and revise ad copy, and report out on results across multiple business units. You will have experience researching, coordinating, developing, executing, and monitoring paid media campaigns across the following platforms: Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, along with other platforms. This role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing, and collaborates closely with the Marketing team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Develop and execute strategy for paid search, social and programmatic marketing efforts to to increase lead generation and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Devise and implement campaigns across all paid media channels including:
- Google AdWords/Analytics
- Facebook/LinkedIn/Quora/Reddit Ads Managers
- 3rd party vendor solutions
- Support execution of campaigns/initiatives with affiliate partners
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously refine the strategy to improve results including tracking media attribution and ROAS
- Manage allocated ad budgets, budget pacing, bid strategies, and campaign settings, to balance opportunity and risk
- Manage relationships with ad platforms and vendors to optimize channel mix and maximize results
- Develop creative, messaging, and imagery elements that drive effective ad campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our sales funnel and the customer journey
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to test, integrate and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other channels to maximize lead generation and ROI
- Identify insights and new opportunities to drive growth
- Monitor competitive landscape and education/bootcamp industry trends
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing paid search and/or display, paid social campaigns + accounts

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to measure and report on campaign performance
- Proven track record of driving lead generation, and conversion rates through paid media
- In-depth knowledge of paid media channels including Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and others
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative Ad campaign strategies
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experience developing experiments that drive results
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational, time management and project management skills
- Understanding of attribution models
- Demonstrated ability to learn, collaborate, and work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
- Be aligned with and excited by our mission to widen access to tech education (or widen access to outcomes-driven online tech education)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified in Bing and/or Facebook
- Experience with using and/or implementing multiple attribution models to drive actionable changes and insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- Proven track record of success

This is a home-based position. This position is open to residents of, and may be performed remotely from all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
- We anticipate the salary range to be between $65,000- $80,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
