Position Summary
As we look to scale up the business, and increase our growth trajectory, we are looking for a paid media expert to manage all paid search (SEM), paid social, and paid advertising marketing activities.
The specialist will manage all paid search campaigns and social media platforms, including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A successful specialist will effectively manage the budget and work within the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
This role is within our Marketing team, and will report to our VP of Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search, social and display campaigns
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing digital marketing analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing (SEM) and social campaigns
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
About You
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google
- Experience launching paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms and networks.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- In-depth experience with bid management tools
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Preferably some experience with Hubspot CRM, but not required
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
